About Elizabeth

Elizabeth MarieNearly eight years ago, my self-destructive perfectionistic behavior caught up with me. Women these days feel pressured – by society, peers and themselves – to be the best at everything. I did that, too, until I got sick.

I’ve spent the past seven years getting reacquainted with God, standing on my head at yoga class, running half-marathons and focusing on what I have rather than on what I do not.

Follow along here, on Facebook or on Twitter, as I chronicle the ways imperfection, letting go and living life, is the path to happiness.
